Shipping policy

Order processing time: 1–2 business days.
We prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.
If you are from Australia or the UK (when the total order value does not exceed 135 GBP), or an EU member country (except Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein), there is no need to pay customs and import taxes.
Please note that we cannot control or affect potential import taxes and do not hold responsibility for them.

Shipping & Delivery

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your phone number when placing your order. Your number will only be shared with the carrier so they may contact you upon arrival.
Shipments are sent on the same or next business day after placing the order.

Estimated delivery times:
• Europe: 3–5 business days
• Canada: 5–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 3–10 business days

Shipping Partners

We work with FedEx, UPS, DPD, and DHL depending on the destination to ensure fast and reliable delivery. All shipments are delivered directly to your front door.
You will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel at all times.
